Jackie's Fan Club

Jackie Rickert
Grandmom Jackie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and friend. She enjoyed nothing more in life than spending time with her family, especially her grandkids on the beach in Sea Isle City.
Jackie's Fight
Jackie's fight with cancer lasted for a little over a year. She had a great support system around her made up of so many family members and friends known as Jackie's Fan Club.

She was diagnosed in May of 2021 with stage 4 Adenocarcinoma which is small cell lung cancer. From that point on Jackie and her team did everything they could to beat the cancer back. There were so many hurdles along the way including a pleural effusion, Covid-19, and an emergency surgery.

Even though there were many struggles Jackie and her team always remained optimistic.
A way to say "Thank you"
Jackie also received excellent care at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. As a way of remembering Jackie and thanking all of the medical professional that provided care, Jackie's family would like to request that donations be made to the Abramson Cancer Center under her name Jacqueline Rickert.
